Grand Central is a landmark residential and retail development above Kwun Tong station. The brief was to show a place that only reads properly from the air — the circular plaza, the water features, the towers folding into the street grid — and turn it into a campaign that works on billboards and on a phone.

The brief
Dense urban airspace, tight flight windows and a twenty-minute blue-hour window each evening. Every frame had to hold at billboard scale while still cropping cleanly to 9:16 for social — and the architecture had to feel warm and lived-in, not like a rendering.
Our approach
We planned flight paths and sun angles ahead of each session, then shot top-down and oblique passes on repeat evenings to bank consistent light. Stills were captured at full resolution for print, graded toward warm amber against cool concrete. The film was cut vertical-first so the campaign lives natively where people actually see it.
Story film
Grand Central — Full Story
The vertical film. Aerial reveals, plaza detail and street-level life cut to a slow build, closing on the towers at night.
Photography
Aerial series
Selected frames from the campaign stills library — top-down plaza compositions, tower geometry and blue-hour skyline.

“The aerials made people understand the site instantly — no floor plan needed.”
