The Henley Park is Henderson Land's residential address in Kai Tak — a waterfront district still being written. We built a film that sells a way of living rather than a floor plan: light through the interiors, the promenade at dusk, and the quiet of a neighbourhood coming into its own.

The brief
Property film usually looks the same: sweeping drone, empty rooms, voiceover. Henderson wanted something with restraint — a film that would hold attention in a sales gallery and still work as fifteen-second vertical stories on a phone.
Our approach
We shot to natural light windows across two days, using long lenses and slow moves so the architecture reads calm rather than staged. The vertical stories were framed on set as their own compositions, not crops — so each one is a complete idea rather than a trimmed edit.
Brand film
The Henley Park
The full brand film. Interiors, waterfront and neighbourhood cut to a slow, deliberate rhythm.
Vertical story
Story 03
Fifteen-second vertical cut, framed on set for social placement.
Vertical story
Story 04
Second vertical in the series, built around interior light and detail.
“It feels like the place, not like an advert for the place.”
