The Murray's façade is a grid of deep-set arched windows — one of the most recognisable pieces of modernist architecture in Hong Kong. We noticed it looked like a screen. So we played it: a four-part social series that turns the building into Snake, Tetris, Space Invaders and a falling-block puzzle.

The brief
A heritage hotel with a serious architectural reputation needed social content that would actually travel — without renderings that cheapen the building or stunts that need a permit. The idea had to be legible in two seconds on a phone and still respect the architecture.
Our approach
We photographed the façade cleanly, mapped the window grid, then animated each game inside the real windows so every move lands on actual architecture. Chiptune sound design and CRT-era typography do the rest. Four films from one plate — no CGI building, no closures, no permits.
Film 01
Blocks
Falling blocks resolve into the façade grid. The opener for the series.
Film 02
Snake
Snake runs the window grid and grows across the building.
Film 03
Tetris
Tetrominoes stack into the arches, line by line.
Film 04
Space Invaders
Invaders descend the façade in formation.
“Someone finally noticed the building was a screen.”
